  All content, resources, and materials on this Site are for general educational purposes to help build your diabetes knowledge. While our team includes a Canadian Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Dietitian (RD), we act strictly as coaches and educators here. We do not provide clinical nursing, medical nutrition therapy, individualized treatment plans, prescriptions, or emergency health support.
  
  Our digital communication channels are entirely unmonitored for health crises. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, do not attempt to contact us; call local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
• 2.  Consult Your Healthcare Team: We strongly advise you to work closely with your physician or primary healthcare team. The information we provide is designed strictly to augment your general knowledge as you navigate your health. You remain the central leader of your own healthcare team. Our digital content cannot replace the healthcare providers you choose to manage your care. You must work directly with your providers for your clinical medical care, as they are responsible for collaborating with you to monitor and manage your specific clinical details, medication options, or prescriptions.
• 3. Assumption of Risk and Decisions: By participating in our coaching or consuming our content, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and assume all responsibility for your health outcomes. People with diabetes often use information from various sources to navigate their daily care. While you may use the general information on this Site to help inform your choices, any calculations, insulin dosing adjustments, or health decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility. We do not calculate doses for you, and you remain the sole decision-maker for your health outcomes.

• 1.  Accountability: While we do not have a dedicated Privacy Officer due to our small business size, our management team takes full accountability for the protection of personal information under our control. The business owners ensure compliance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
